I can't find my printer on my network

I'm running Windows 10. I have an old Brother MFC-9130CW printer connected to my private WiFi network. The printer sees the network connection, but I can't find the printer on my computer. I've tried using the Devices options in the Control Panel, but my computer cannot see the printer. It used to work (four years ago) on my old computer, but I have a new computer and new network hardware. The computer sees the network (I'm using it now), but it can't find the printer.
