My Laptop was stolen with my 'Find My Device' on but it hasn't been updated yet since the last time I opened it.

My house got robbed on the 31st of October recently. The last time I opened it was on the 27th. I checked my Acer Account and Microsoft Account and the device is still linked there with the serial number. Is it possible that it hasn't been reset yet since it still shows up in my Microsoft account?
