windows 11 Windows 11 keeps kicking me back to login screen after signing in

Hello, I have an issue where nothing on the internet helps. Here's some backstory: I used to have an issue that forced me to reset my PC and I thought that this is going to fix the issues but now I have a new one! How great, thank you Microsoft. So, the issue is: first when I sign in it tells me that I need to search for app in the store, I click Yes, and after that when I sign in when the Microsoft sign-in box appears, the password is correct, it starts to sign me in, but then Windows kicks me back to Welcome Screen / Login Screen and this creates a sign in loop that doesn't let me access my
