Hello. I posted about this issue before, but it seems I lost contact with the person who was assisting me, so I'm writing a new message. I’m experiencing significant inconvenience—could someone please help?In my previous post, I tried several methods, including connecting via Ethernet cable and using my phone's hotspot.
