Hi, I have a problem. I want to buy Minecraft, but I can't. When I click on "buy," a screen pops up asking for the card I want to use, everything seems fine so far. The issue is, after it loads a bit, the screen turns white, and nothing else happens. I've checked if my antivirus might be the cause, ensured that there are no restrictions on the account, and double-checked my bank account multiple times to confirm I have the necessary funds, which I do. I've also verified all my details are correct, yet I still can't purchase the game.
