When i try to install an update or install something from the microsoft store, i get the attached screen, i know why it isnt working it is because of the windows update service being disabled, but i am unable to turn it on, when i attempt to turn it onjust says "Access is denied", I have literally tried everything and i still cant get this to work. Additionally, i cant open or connect the bluetooth add devices. I need a fix now because my windows is getting bad.
