I have been having this problem when I am playing games like minecraft or roblox. I am currently on a windows 11 pc. Because I am playing borderless window so it is easier to tab out of minecraft, my mouse cursor used to stay locked into the minecraft screen even when I had tabbed back in and so I never had this problem up until a few days ago where it had started going into the taskbar. Even in fullscreen mode, looking up and down causes me to have a quick view of my taskbar therefore making me to have an unplayable experience.
