Icons on Windows 11 Home Screen Not Moving Correctly

Hi,I'm unsure if this is the correct place to put this but I am having issues with my Windows 11 home screen icons. I typically have my icons meticulously organized, however after this last update they were all put into the middle of my screen. When I went to replace them in the correct spots, I found that they would refuse to go in certain spots (i.e, the corners of my screen, never an issue before) or would automatically swap with other icons that were right next to where I tried to place them. Essentially, they would not go where I wanted them to seemingly at random and this has never been
