I sent them multiple different screenshots and the one which got them to tell me to come over here was one on my version of Windows.I am unable to insert this screenshot, it doesn't allow me too but I can write it downEdition Windows 11 HomeVersion 23H2Installed on 22/09/2024OS Build 22631.4391Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1047.0There are heaps of other screenshots which take this problem into more detail but I can't add them for some reason.
