My screen changes the saturation of the colors.

I have an Intel® Core i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz with a 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor and it has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070.Whenever I'm watching a video (youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Netflix, Crunchyroll ecc...), the screen changes the saturation of the colors (it makes it too saturated). It's not something immediate, it's random, but it keeps coming back. I found out that to fix it "temporarily" I have to roll the sound wheel on my keyboard. It fixes it, but it comes back after 10 minutes. I found out that moving the cursor on the video, it fixes it as well, but
