Live login - can't change the personal account login

I have a personal account and a university account. At some point a personal account got created with the same name as the uni one. When I try to use an app or process that uses login.microsoftonline.com both the work/school account and the personal account show the same email address. ie apps like copilot. I can log into my proper personal acount and have tried changing the alias. If I use copilt from edge it's fine. So edge is logging in correctly. I have tried deleting all browser cookies and data in edge but still have the same issue. I tried deleting the extra personal account but that ta
