New HP Notebook Keyboard keys different Characters

My HP Notebook ( 15 AC 115TU, set to English (US) types some characters incorrectly - Such as :::- Lowercase "o" is pushed to end of typing row.- Lowercase "l" goes to Blank Page.- Capital "O" is moved to end of Row and "9" is added to the Left of "o"This is a new Keyboard from China.Help is needed.Thank YouOwen Carlton
