HelloPROBLEM: While I was saving a screenshot in July, a message popup (I hadn't seen it before, and I'm 99% sure it wasn't a virus) clicked Yes. (Sorry,I can't remember the question..it possibly related to changing the default folder, which is downloads, not saving any in the future or maybe having more options to use 4 options -- rectangular, freedom shape, MS Windows full screen)Since July, I haven't been able to save any screencaps using PrtScn or the keyboard shortcut. I've looked in many folders to see where it could possibly have been downloaded anywhere, such as download folder,, docum
