Help Parsing Minidump info after DPC Watchdog Violation

Alright, so I'm most likely looking at some sort of failure in my system, and I'm unable to tell from the behavior if it's a driver or hardware issue. The crashes almost exclusively happen when I'm not actually active on the computer, which is the only sort of information I can glean here besides the BSOD telling me it's a Watchdog violation. Interstingly, the BSOD doesn't seem to restart my PC, despite the screen saying it would attempt to do so. It just freezes at 100% data collection or whatever it's doing.I've uploaded a .zip of the Minidump folder, but the most recent crash on November
