How do you fix mouse from freely moving in fullscreen with game bar.

Whenever using game bar and I play any game in full screen and lets my mouse go anywhere so its not locked to the game. I've tried using DMT (Dual Monitor Tools) but I don't want to have to press a combination, every time to get out of my monitor (which happens a lot).The only fix that I know of is restarting my computer and not using game bar. Because even after quitting game bar it still doesn't want to cooperate.
