How do I fix accidental merge and movement of my Documents folder to my Videos folder that somehow attached to my Onedrive?

I was trying to move all my local files to not use them when I was contemplating selling my laptop. In The process my Documents Library the default one everything documents is saved to was sent to my Videos folder and then both were sent to Onedrive so when saving anything the default location is onedrive\videos\documents. How can i Reset it to the default and keep it that way. my libraries are a mess and I have triples of everything.
