Cursor wont stay locked into fullscreen applications or even games that windowed full screen would stay locked(league of legends)

Recently my cursor has been moving from screen to screen without being alt tabbed and the cursor should be locked. Also when i try and play games like Cyberpunk and i move my cursor around it will come off the screen but i would still be moving my character in game until i click where it would bring me to the cursor on my other monitor
