Hello, I'm experiencing issues accessing my Microsoft account (email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***). On June 11, 2024, I requested to update my security info with a new email address. According to the confirmation email, this change was supposed to take effect on June 12, 2024. However, it's now November 9, 2024, and I still can’t access my account.I have already tried several steps, such as verifying the new email, attempting to log in on different devices, and clearing cache and cookies, but the issue persists.Does anyone know what else I can do to resolve this problem? Is there an alternativ
