What should I do with malfunction keyboard?

I have bought a new laptop and I log in my wifi. Afterwards my keyboard kind of malfunction. The symbol " and @ messed up, ~, 、, # malfunction.... After that I recognize that my previous computer also the same for couple of year. And all button mulfunction are the same. I wonder if this is my wifi problem? How could I solve it? The computer is completely brend-new and I am so sad right now. What I mean by keyboard is not an external one...
