Tabbing out in games due to game bar

Recently in games where you use the mouse to move the camera, my mouse has been moving off my screen and onto my other screen, despite being in full screen. I've done some troubleshooting and the common factor that causes this is booting game bar. I do not want to completely disable game bar as it is useful to talk to friends that play on an Xbox, however I have still tried this but when I go into settings > gaming > game bar, there is no option to disable it anyway. The only options are: Allow controller to open game bar (currently off), All shortcuts. Any fixes for this as it is gettin
