30 minutes of looping blue screen errors before I can access anything. How can i fix this?

My laptop has been giving me blue screens for the past year. Around 6 months ago, I took it to a center to get it repaired, but they just system reset it and gave it back to me. The blue screens continued to happen, but it no longer was an infinite cycle. Now it is starting to take a little over 30 minutes of blue screens before I can finally turn it back on. My charger used to be broken, so I got a new one on November 5 and I though it would maybe fix the issue but it continues to blue screen me. The common blue screen errors are: IRQL not less or equal and error 0xC000021A . But a list of ev
