Hi my pc has been crashing a bit lately and I cant figure out why

My PC has been freezing out of nowhere and wont fix itself so I have to restart it from the power button and two times it has just crashed and restarted itself, I saw that someone else had this problem and they were asked to upload mini dump files so I put those in a zip and if anyone can look at them and help me that'd be amazing!
