I recently bought a new keyboard (Steel Series) and whenever I try opening up windows with the windows key it does not work.

I've been searching for ways to fix it and concluded that I can still use shortcuts to open it. But my regular key to open does not, also I've plugged in other Keyboards, and the Windows key works with all my other keyboards except my Steel Series one. My system is also completely up to date. Also, the key used to work, but no it does not. I would appreciate it if I could get any help, Thank You.
