2TB drive showing as 8TB

I got a drive enclosure from an old server loaded with 2tb drives, there's 5 total and I'm 100% sure the slot the drive is in works. When moving drives between slots (checking if the slot was dead) all other drives registered as 2TB and worked however this one drive displays as an 8TB and also doesn't want to be formatted or erased via computer management>disk management.I've tried converting to GPT via cmd prompt (found something else online) however its already GPTsubsequently tried converting to MBR and that also didn't workshows as a regular disk in diskpart but not in computer manageme
