Introduction to User Accounts and Permissions

Hi there,

 

At the risk of asking what sounds like a lazy question, does anyone

know of any good introductions/tutorials to the Windows user security

model (XP, Vista and Server 03/08)?

 

What I mainly want to learn is user accounts and file permissions (and

how they work together). Strange as it may seem, it's harder to find

well-explained material on this than I'd have expected(!)

 

Any help appreciated- thanks!
