Why can't I sign into my OneDrive?

1. Whenever I start up my computer, it takes about 10-20 minutes for anything in my files to work, however; I am able to use most of the apps on my desktop and all browsers work fine.2. Every single icon under my "Home" or "Quick access" tab is just a blank white icon. If I would click on any of these (Downloads, Documents, Pictures, Music, or Videos), my files app would crash and nothing would open. 3. At the top right of my files app, it says "Account disconnected". If i click on it, it asks me to verify my email. At the top it gives my correct @gmail.com email, but then under it it says it
