windows 11 Drop in FPS and Render Latency

Good morning,I have had problems playing a game, with stutter / lag due to a drop in render latency / Frames Per Second.Previously, I was having a drop in GPU performance, which came about following an NVidia update, and which was resolved following the subsequent NVidia update.I have a decent laptop - Dell XPS 9730, specs below.But now I am left with a drop in render latency / FPS.
