Fps capped at 160 for no reason

I have a rtx 4060 and basically even with v-sync off, fps cappers off, Nvidia control panel max fps is set to off it's stuck at 160fps in basically every game and it gets to 160 easily but can't pass it and I have no idea why so if anyone can help me figure out this I'll be happy
