File explorer crashing while working with photos

I have been working with photos for a while.And then I believe my file explorer crash ( I dragged a photo into the folder and that photo’s thumbnail is not showing.I close the file explorer and open that folder again and all the thumbnails of the photo file appeared as the white paper (📄 something like this) Also the green bar started to run and always stuck.Some times my file explorer stop responding.) I have some guesses about the reason why it crashes.-I have many photos to work with(100k+ approximately)-I have nested folders inside nested folders inside nested folders……..-Some of my
