I have XP Home and the current default is Windows Media Player. I've

downloaded a file not recognized by WMP and want to change my default

player. How can I do that?

Thanks much in advance.

There's no default player, unless you mean the default for a particular file

type. If this is an unrecognized file type, right-click, open with ...then

browse to the program you want to use.

Of course. I'd forgotten about that. Thanks very much, Lanwench.
