My laptop is getting bsods, black and freezing screens, and random restarts

Whenever it goes black screen or freezes when i go into the event viewer i see 2 critical events which are the Event Id 41 Task Category 63 ones. These, together with the bsods happen randomly without any cause. Theres one thing that I am worried about which is when i run sfc /scannow i always get corrupted files no matter how many times i run the command. Things ive triedClean installing windows (had a hard time because it was also bsodding and freezing in the middle so it might not have been clean)Checking the ram sticks individually if one of them had problems (both still got bsods)Ran memt
