I saw an update in my Windows Update panel for Windows 11 version 23H2. Upon clicking "Download," the download started but was interrupted by network issues, causing unsuccessful completion after two or three attempts. Later, when connected to a more stable network, I tried downloading again. However, within a few seconds, it displayed that the update was already downloaded and installed, even though the process did not fully complete in front of me or in the background.
