windows 10 How to make core isolation avaliable in my windows 10 settings?

I have not much to say, but core isolation settings are not avaliable in my settings no matter what I do, I tried everything to solve this via google,youtube and even chatgpt, now every time I turn on my computer it completly restarts my desktop including my sign ins in all of my accounts which I have saved my password. As it is shown in picture this is the last thing I typed in command prompt, maybe its the cause of all of this desktop restart, would appreciate any help.
