windows 11 How do I fix my display settings and regain the option to extend my display?

I've press and held the Windows key and then press the P key from the project options. Selected the "extend" option. Every time I select it and come out of it, it still have the "pc screen only" option selected. I've also selected from my action center and it wont enable the "extend" option after selecting it. It always go back to the "pc screen only" option. The project options that used to appear on the display settings page are gone. I've reset my graphics driver, updated graphics driver, and checked the display settings. Every since this latest update I haven't been able to extend my displ
