windows 11 ntoskrnl.exe causing crashes and BSOD

I have been having this error for multiple years now showed in some service center but they couldnt recreate the issue when they tried to repair it i have formatted this pc more than 3 times and reinstalled windows even on the issue was same used the BlueScreenView to view the dump files got that ntoskrnl.exe is involved in all crashes this is only happening while charging my laptop which is hp pavilion thin and light laptop while only charging this issue starts it crashes with this warning:PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALSYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTIONthis is the link with minidump
