How to get activation code from broken laptop?

I have a broken laptop which I can't turn on anymore. It had win 11 installed but I can't see it in my devices in my profile. I see it in app store linked devices but not in my devices. I'm gonna buy a new PC without OS and I want to install a win 11 but I don't want to buy a new activation key because I have it already. How can I find transfer the key from broken laptop to a new PC? Thank you.
