Why am I being forced to log in with an account I didn't sign in to?

I will explain visually explain the issue because I can't explain it normally.I click a sign in on an app (or anything else that requires Microsoft account)I select Microsoft account under use different account.I type in my email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)I type in correct passwordIt automatically forces me to sign into *** Email address is removed for privacy *** using Windows Hello instead (Both emails are mine)I know they are linked together but i need to know, how do I override this because what i need is only on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
