windows 10 The User Profile Service failed the sign in.

I recently decided to reset my computer because it was acting slower than usual, after everything was done I was greeted with the normal user screen, tried putting my password in and got the above error. Since then I have scoured the internet for a solution, I have downloaded the installation media on a thumb drive and tried booting it through that way. Whenever I get to the trouble shoot screen and press any of those options it asks me for an account password. Which will not work whatsoever even after changing the password to the account and trying that. I am kind of at a loss at this point a
