Enter types wrong symbols, shift not responding

Hello! I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop using settings > update and security > recovery with saving my files. (I did that because several times my laptop started in Aptio Setup Utility, and no keys were responding, I rebooted my laptop several times, and when it finally booted, it couldn’t see any networks, so I recovered it) After this, my laptop booted normally, but left shift key stopped responding at all, and enter types “/“ in cyrillic and English (USA) layout, and # in UK English layout. It happens in all apps (browser, notepad). I already reinstalled language packs,
