Can I reduce how many times a day windows requires me to log on?

HiI am on my windows 10 stationary PC. Every day Windows requires me to log on (verify with app on phone) minimum 3 times. Especially when opening Microsoft products from Office: Onenote, Word, Outlook or Onedrive and Defender. Basically it is driving me nuts. It is a stationary PC. No one other than me is using it.Can I reduce theese requests on my stationary and how?thank you.
