How can I get back a long, complex response to a Microsoft Agent which was deleted when I left the page?

I was having a dialog with a Microsoft Agent in the Microsoft Community. I spent hours writing a long complex response to her questions. I wanted to look at something else to get information and it asked if I wanted to leave the page. I said "Yes," not realizing that what I had painstakingly written taking many hours, would be lost. Is there any way I can get this back or should I just shoot myself?Thanks for your much needed help.-Barry
