Second screen not working. Code 31 on Microsofrt Remote Display Adapter

Hey,So im having the issue that my monitor (connected with HDMI) is not working. I checked the hardware with another device and its all working properly.I updated all necessary drivers for the Intel Graphics and i think this should work. But in the device manager i got a little yellow exclamationmark at "Microsoft Remote Display Adapter" with a Code 31. When i try to update the driver it says, that theres already the newest driver installed, but on the other side it says that the driver is missing (31). Trying to solve this problem now for a while, but now im really in need of my second screen
