windows 10 The sound is bad while using the microphone

Hello. Recently I bought some wireless over the ear headphones. Unfortunately, while I am on different calls like discord or meet, I either cant hear anything in the background or hear it but the sound quality is very poor and the call sound quality being the bestUntil this headset i used some in ear wireless headphones that had the same problem. I solved the problem by going into control pabnel->printers and more devices and then on the properties of the earbuds-> services, where I disabled the handsfree telephony. At the moment i just needed the sound in them and I was using the laptop
