windows 11 Your pin is no longer due to changes in security settings

So I built my pc now 2 days ago and am having quite the trouble with I suppose logging in, when i turn on the pc, I see thr time and what not then swipe up and am prompted with “your pin is no longer available due to a change in the security settings” or something along the lines of that. This is my first time building a pc and didn't expect it to be this difficult 🫤. + have no wifi on the new pc but still have my old one which I used to download the windows media thing but when i go into BIOS i cant find a way to start up through the USB to begin installing the windows.Motherboard: gigabyte
