Factory reset will work fine until it reaches the part where it restarts. It only gets up to 5-6% in the "resetting this PC" step and then it reboots and asks for the recovery key to continue resetting. Then during the reboot there's a pop-up window that appears and disappears so fast I can't see what it is. Then there's a loading screen saying "undoing all changes". After the reboot, nothing changes and when I log in there's a window saying "There was a problem resetting your PC.
