So my PC has been having some performance problems, like random stutters and fps drops (from 200 to 40 and then 200 again), I've built my PC and I've replaced almost all components (not the GPU RTX 4070), and today I just got 2 bsod, one after the other, first System Service Exception and then Memory Management BSOD, I tried replacing windows several times, tweaking some bios settings (all basic and "normal").
