Why do I keep losing signal on my monitors while gaming?

For Reference my Specs are Intel i7-10700 CPU, ASUS ROG STRIX B560-A, 32 GB RAM DDR4, RTX 3080 EVGA XC3, 1000 W PSU, I do use Lian Li strimmers and My GPU is vertical mounted with the NZXT mount if that matters.So I've been having an ongoing issue with my PC for a number of months, it started off slow once in a while, now my pc is doing it all the time. While gaming, (I've been using Helldivers 2 to conduct my tests mostly but it does this with any game I play) My Monitors will randomly lose signal and the only way to get them to turn back on is to reboot the system.
