My mom received this error message on a blue screen on her computer. The message also included a phone number to call 1 860 410 6020. My mom spoke to the guy who said he was from microsoft. I would like to see if this phone number is legit and if the error code is legit. The computer starts up and then goes into re boot mode. Pressing F1 F8 etc does not do anything.
