Why do my Bluetooth Earbuds volume jump automatically to 100 when I connect?

My Bluetooth earbuds volume go to 100% when I connect them to my laptop, I saw an earlier thread addressing the same issues but the listed solutions didn't work for me. Kindly help.Thanks for the help in advance.
