PC acting weird after update.

My pc was acting weird after windows update so i did SFC scan thinking my system file was corrupted, this is what i get after the scan. How do i fix that ? I did do DISM checkhealth, scannow and restorehealth but didn't find any corruption there but SFC scan keeps saying corrupted file found. I saw someone's similar post, where they were asked to share CBS log file this is link to my CBS log file CBS.log also every time i try to update NVidia driver it keeps saying windows can't verify the publisher could this corruption be the reason for that message ? because when i went through CBS file it
